  From the very beginning, Ravi and the rest of the guys at the hotel try to make … More your stay as comfortable as possible. They are always there if you need anything (extra water, laundry services, room cleaning, etc.) They truly know what customer service is. They even received a few parcels for me when I needed to have some things delivered to the hotel.
  During our travels in India we had to keep returning to Delhi and we ended up staying at Blue Pearl a total of three times. Each time, we received the same level of attention, care, and hospitality and we were always very happy with the cleanliness of the rooms. The rooms have a kettle, unlimited hot water for showers, AC/heater, TV, etc.
  The hotel offers complimentary breakfast every morning and they have a variety of breakfast items like: cereal, pastries, toast, fruits, in addition to a variety of traditional Indian breakfast items. Breakfast was always very tasty!
  Thanks Ravi and the rest of the team for making our stay as comfortable as possible. We will continue to come back whenever we are in Delhi!

  I had the worst experience at this hotel.
  First, they tried to charge an extra early check-in fee, but they didn’t mention it beforehand. If I had known, I could have just left my bags and gone elsewhere to wait.
  Second, the first room … More they gave me had a completely dirty toilet with mold, which is absolutely unacceptable.
  Then, in the second room, the shower didn’t work—the hot water wouldn’t come at all. They checked it and made me wait for around 30 minutes before finally changing my room. I was already exhausted from dealing with all these issues. It was very frustrating.
  The staff were friendly and dedicated, as is common in Indian hospitality, but despite their kindness, we still had a terrible experience—even for just one night.
  The location is okay, but the street is too narrow, and many Uber drivers don’t want to come all the way to the entrance.
  The breakfast, in my opinion, is completely unnecessary.

  The hotel itself is probably a 2 1/2 star hotel as it is fairly old and needs some maintenance and tender loving care.
  The room was of decent size and the wifi worked ok. The bathroom was fairly dark and shower did not really work, we showed using the bucket each day.
  Breakfast was complimentary and they provided a small selection of Indian and western foods with coffee also available.
  The staff were generally friendly and helpful.
  I probably would NOT stay at the hotel if I were to visit Delhi again.

  1. The room had a broken door. The toilet seat was broken. The ceiling light was hanging off on the verge of dropping off! We … More weren't provided with any spoons and bottle water was not replaced.
  2. There was alot of noise outside the room from 6am!!
  3.We were asked to vocate our room without any notice as builders were due to commence repair works. This caused alot of inconvenience as we had to pack and unpack biting into our holiday time. We were then asked to move back to our original room the next day causing more distress.
  4. We were asked to pay for tea and water we hadn't even ordered.
  5. We asked for dry cleaning services and were quoted 4 different prices. When the item was returned, it hadn't been dry cleaned and was actually ruined.
  6. There were alot of inconsistencies in the advice, prices and general service was very poor. We had to challenge alot and overall the time here was poor and would not recommend this hotel.
  7. Location is very difficult and dangerous with poor lighting, uneven slabs and very difficult to locate.

  The staff was very accommodative. We would like to say a special thanks to Mr. Guman, who helped us with any request we had, helped us with booking the train tickets and also organized a nice Delhi tour, and to Saud, who not only carried our bags to the train station, but also ensured we entered the right train and we are seated on the correct seats. Overall, we felt that nothing was too much to ask here, everyone from the staff was trying to make our stay as good as possible.
  The location of the hotel was also good, very close to the train station and to the main attractions in the city, especially for the ones visiting Delhi for the first time.
  On the less positive note, our last night was difficult, as there were very noisy guests in the rooms next to ours, but this is not something to be put in the hotel´s account, rather on the guest´s level of education. We did not have hot water, but this is again something very common in that part of India.
